This place is the real deal. We lost our overdrive in our RV halfway through a month long trip from Pennsylvania. Everyone else in the region told us it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even look at it. We had a family reunion to make it to in Arkansas and I was starting a new job the day after we were scheduled to get home so we didn't have much wiggle room for time. Nationwide got us in within a day of limping it to town and had a new transmission on its way that Monday morning. The new transmission was there Friday morning and we were back on the road by Friday evening. They even stayed a little late to get us going so we could make it to the reunion. We are so grateful for how we were treated in our moment of need. Thank you Adam and crew for everything!

A long overdue review. We were at this shop in late July. 2024. Long travel story and truck issues while towing. While in Flagstaff, I searched for a shop to look at the transmission. We pulled in early morning. Truck and travel trailer. I don't need to comment on the mechanical skills of this shop. They are unsurpassed by none and if I lived closer they would be my go to shop. They went over the truck with a fine tooth comb. I want to comment on their human aspect. They made us priority that day due to us traveling through. The shop owner made space for our camper. We actually had to stay 2 nights due to their concerns and attention to detail as to what could be wrong and wanted to be sure our trip back east would be uneventful. They let us take on water so that we could do dishes and shower. This shop is a Jesper engine, transmission repair and installation shop. After a troubled trip with the truck not towing strong as it always has done, they could have told me I needed a new transmission and I would have believed them. They didn't. They turned away from what could have been a money maker for them. The honesty is unparalleled. In the end the owner gave us a huge break on cost (our travel budget was gone due to mechanical issues) and told me that he needed good karma and suspected I did too. Integrity I have not seen for some time. More of this is needed in our world these days. A major thank you and much respect to Nationwide Transportation of Flagstaff.
